Viet Twist Smashed Cucumber Salad

1. Split and lightly smash your cucumbers. This creates little crevices for more flavor to coat! Then slice into desired pieces.
2. Add 1 tsp of salt to the cucumbers and set aside while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. This helps draw water out of the cucumber so it gets crispier!
3. Prep ingredients.
4. Once done prepping, drain the bowl the cucumbers were in (don’t wash the cucumbers) and combine all your ingredients.
5. Serve immediately or chill until serving. Enjoy :)
