Bò Lúc Lắc (Shaking Beef)

1. Combine all beef marinade ingredients (oyster sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper) with the cubed beef ribeye and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Prep the bell pepper, green onion, and white onion. Sauté these vegetables in a pan, adding a bit of oyster sauce here if desired. Remove the cooked vegetables from the pan.
3. After the beef has marinated, toss it with the corn starch or tapioca starch.
4. Pan fry the beef in the same pan used for the vegetables. Once the beef develops a nice dark color, add the sautéed vegetables back into the pan and combine. Serve immediately.
