Asian Night Market BBQ Pork Skewers

Thinly slice the pork shoulder (lightly freezing the meat can make slicing easier). Add all ingredients (pork, lemongrass, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, shallot, salt, pepper, and optional 5 spice, sesame oil, red pepper flakes/minced peppers) into a bowl and marinade for 30 minutes to overnight. While the meat marinates, soak your skewers to prevent them from burning during cooking. Thread the marinated meat onto the skewers. Airfry at 380°F for 15 minutes. Flip the skewers and airfry for an additional 5-8 minutes until the meat is charred and cooked through. Enjoy!
